Malcom, born 1786 in NC, died 1859 in Newton Co. Their children were:\ Mary married James Vaughn William married Sarah (Pogue?) both buried Macedonia Cem. Neosho, MO Catherine married Wilson Vaughn Daniel married Margaret McRae of McDonald Co., MO Elizabeth married ____ Clark Thomas Jefferson married Hannah ____ Sarah Daniel and Margaret McRae McDougal are my g grandparents. Daniel served in the Confederate Army and was killed in 1869 by outlaws or bushwackers. Any help appreciated. Dana Meara

    3. I had a Great Uncle John A, Brown that married a Salina Nutt , I Think her father name was Thomas Nutt . Also we had Brown's that married into the Maples.Some of the Maples lived around Fairland Ok. Where does the Cunningham's fit in with the Brown's? I met a lady in Muskogee Ok, that was a cousin to my Mother, who was Mary Ellen(Rethel) Brown, But I never knew how they were related. Helen

He married Jerusha Burdett who was born in 1816 in TN and died in 1858 in Newton Co. They came to Newton Co. in 1841. (Then it lists children) Have not been able to uncover very much on this couple before Newton Co. Need parents and siblings. Believe they came from Bedford Co., TN. They are my gr-gr-grandparents.
