I know "Gid" had 3 daughters (Martha b. 1889, Emma b. 1892, & Iva/Ivy b. 1893) and was widowed as of 1900 New Madrid census (St. John). Martha (Mattie) is my ggmother; she married Robert Davidson and moved to OK and then TX. Because the 1890 census is missing, and the fact that it looks like little old New Madrid Co. info is transcribed or indexed for search, I can't find any documentation for this marriage, Corinda's death, or her burial place. I'm not even sure who Gid's parents were, except that I know that he was born in MO and his folks were likely born in TN. Is there anyone out there looking for the same folks or would be willing to do a lookup?
