TRAVIS, 10 Oct 1880 - 2 Aug. 1966" in the Mounds Cemetery, East Center Section, New Madrid County, MO I noticed that the birthdate is exactly 1 year off from the WWI Draft Reg. Card already mentioned by Theresa's prior response. Also, buried with him is an "ANNIE TRAVIS 11 Nov. 1881 - 29 April 1975" Is it possible that he remarried? Marriage records may help.
