Hi.....can someone tell me if there are more cemeteries in Lilbourn besides the "Mounds Cemetery" just outside of town? Are there any cemeteries inside the town? ~Debbie ____________________________________________________________ ____________________________________________________________ Penny Stock Jumping 2000% Sign up to the #1 voted penny stock newsletter for free today! http://thirdpartyoffers.juno.com/TGL3141/4bec12382327fb4977m04vuc
Hi Debbie, I do not have my county book handy but there are a couplep of places on line to check now, the first is the Rootsweb County listing for New Madrid at http://www.rootsweb.ancestry.com/~monewmad/nm-cemetery/nmmo-cem.htm. The other is the City of New Madrid now has the cemeteries inside the city limits and it even has an index. It is at http://www.new-madrid.mo.us/index.aspx?NID=119 Mounds is located between Howardville and New Madrid, just north of there is also the Baines cemetery. If you post the names you are looking for one of us should be able to check our indexs to see where the person is located.
