Colston b 7-6-1914 in Trigg or Lyon Co.KY.. She was the third child of Claude Sanford Colston, b 12-26-1884, d 1963,( Most of the other family members used the Colson spelling )and Tishie Lou Lofton, 10-31-1892, d 4-6-1986. I haven't followed up on Alva'a family but I have been researching Claude's ancestors for years. If you think this is the same family I would be glad to exchange info.
