Thomas Welse. Would Welse be Nelse. Not familiar with a surname Welse. Also it is believed that Jane was born in Illinois. Addison & Jane Loucks are listed in 1860 Pemiscott County, MO. Back to the 1880 census, I'm wondering if C.W. Jackson might be a son in the same dwelling. I find an index in 1900 of Sarah L. Jackson but cannot access it on Heritage. Could someone possibly help. The only other information I have on Addison Loucks is that he moved to Mt. Grove, Wright County, MO. Nothing else as of yet. If anyone can help it would sure be appreciated. Thank you. Barbara A.
