I found my source for Eliza Moncrief marrying Campbell LeFlore. When checking with that person, he had Eliza Hall and the name Eliza Moncrief confused. I knew Eliza Hall had died at the age of 15 - or so the tombstone says. Dennis, in a way, you were right; however Eliza was not short or a nickname for Elizabeth as you thought, but the name Elizabeth seems to be correct. Checking back in some of my files, I found where 15 years ago a descendant of Elizabeth Moncrief and Campbell Leflore was suppose to contact me for information on the Moncriefs. Somewhere I have census work on the Leflore's (as she had not done this), but do not have time to look right now and know it is not in the files that I can readily access (Most of my files are still in stacked boxes). She never did contact me. Anyway, I do not have an Elizabeth as one of Margaret Hall and Wm. Moncrief's children - she may be, but I do not have her listed. In fact, I do not even have ANY Elizabeth Moncrief in that area at that time. I do have on a separate sheet of paper that the children of "Elizabeth" Moncrief and Campbell Leflore are Marshall Felix and Campbell, Jr. I guess I will have to dig deeper into my files (whenever I can get to the right box) unless someone else may know for sure who she is. Normally, I would not care that much, but I am still looking for the parents of Wm. Moncrief's in-laws (Susan and Wm. Hall). Does anyone have an extra Elizabeth floating around? Marlene
