Crook's mother was "Fannie" White. Thanks to Joan Shepp I found my Major William White Crook this summer. She did a terrific search for me. Really enjoyed meeting her. The White family are kin to the Rucker family........a Ruckersville in Virginia is their origin. They were all major slave holders.
