Since most of my Westerman/Stretz families are in Boonville, I had the LDS learning center where I live bring in the microfilm of church records of Cooper CO, with some records from Moniteau and Buchanan counties records. You can't beat church records for accurate dates. In the 1860 census, the only Otten family I have been able to find in Morgan CO is Catherine Otten.
