Do check Publications List: http://www.rootsweb.com/~mosccgs/publications/pb_bmd.html If it exists in one of these publications, then, you may wish to obtain a photocopy of the marriage certification from the Recorder of Deeds in St. Charles Co. MO. You may want to call the Recorder of Deed's office first to see if they have the certification or if it is in the Missouri State Archives.
