Family rumor has it that he died in Mongomery City, Montgomery County, Missouri sometime between 1880 and 1881. Looking for sources that might be able to help settle some family disagreements, maybe an obit or death record. I am also looking for information on George Washington Prier and Mary Jane Freese-Ehrhart of Barry, Bates and Montgomery counties in Missouri. Trying to find possible divorce records of George and his 2nd wife, Mary Brooks Burge. Also trying to locate a marriage record for George and Mary Jane Freese-Ehrhart sometime between 1866 and 1870, since Mary Jane was not divorced from her 1st husband, James Ehrhart until November 1866 in Henry County, Iowa.
