"Mrs. Shari Horton of Moulton, Iowa, home economics instructor in the Perry High School, and James R. Reinhard, Paris attorney and the new prosecuting attorney of Monroe County, were married last Tuesday, December 30, by Judge Charles Conkin, at his home in Greencastle. Judge Conkin, probate and magistrate judge of Sullivan County, is a close friend of Reinhard and was in office there when Reinhard and was in office there when Reinhard was prosecuting attorney of that county. Mrs. Reinhard is a graduate of the Kirksville State Teachers College, where she received her home economics training, and is teaching her first year in the work at Perry.
