Glasscock "Charles H. Glasscock, 87, of Holliday, died at Woodland Hospital on Saturday morning at 2:30 after entering on Thursday. He was born at Holliday and lived there all of his life. He was the son of the late Henry and Emma T. Smith Glasscock. He was married to the former Cordelia McCreery, who survives. He was a member of the Holliday Christian Church, served as elder and deacon for many years. Other survivors include one son, Charles H. Glasscock of St. Louis and one brother, Frank M. Glasscock of Holliday. Funeral services were held Sunday afternoon at 2:30 at the Holliday Christian Church with Rev. Myron Dick of the Lenoir Home in Columbia officiating.
