Johnston-Levings Wedding “Miss Nelsie Johnston, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Denver Johnston of near Holliday and Vernie Levings, son of Mrs. Myrtle Levings of Paris, were married in a quiet ceremony at the home of the officiating minister, Rev. S.B. Owings, Sunday afternoon. Their attendants were Keith Eckman and Miss Charlene McCubbin. Following the ceremony, they left for a short honeymoon trip and then returned to Mexico, where Levings is employed, and where they had rented an apartment. Levings is a war veteran and was only recently discharged from service.
