    3. Article from unknown source with handwritten date of January 9, 1959. Extracted from the newspaper article collection started in 1879 by Mrs. Nannie Brown of Madison, Missouri. Mrs. Fred Forsythe Suffers Concussion "Paris - Mrs. Fred Forsythe, 60, Paris, sustained a concussion yesterday afternoon when she slipped on ice and fell, striking her head on a concrete walk. The accident occurred across the street from Mrs. Forsythe's home. She was discovered unconscious by neighbors about 5 p.m. Dr.. George Ragsdale was called and took Mrs. Forsythe by ambulance to Woodland Hospital in Moberly. Her condition was listed as fair this morning."
