    3. Announcement from unknown source with handwritten date of April 1954. Extracted from the newspaper article collection started in 1879 by Mrs. Nannie Brown of Madison, Missouri. Brown - Ewens Wedding "James Hulen Brown of Madison and Mrs. Ruth Ewens of Moberly were married Saturday afternoon at 5 o'clock in Columbia by the Rev. Dr. Lemmon at his home. They were attended by Mr. and Mrs. Stan Strong. After the ceremony, a dinner was served at the Country Villa for the bridal party. They will make their home in Madison."
