Leah Phelps "Mrs. Leah Phelps died Thursday morning, Jan. 2, around 1:15 o'clock at the Wildwood Rest Home, Madison. She was born in Holliday, the daughter of Joseph and Sarah Duncan Foster. Mrs. Phelps is survived by (Mrs.) R.D. Hawkins of Moberly; Mrs. E.L. Markham, Los Angeles, California and a granddaughter, Mary Diane Hawkins of Moberly.
