Hello, I am planning to do a research trip to Jeff City, Columbia, and Jamestown this summer. Last time I was in Missouri (1996) I wasn't into genealogy at all, even though I visited the cemetary in Jamestown where my ancestors are buried. Other than the library in Columbia and the usual offices in Jeff City, and the Moniteau co. Historical Society Library, are there any other places or hints you can give me? I will be looking for church records, land, naturalization records, voter reg. records, birth and death records. Trying to fit the little pieces together.
