My ancestor is Caroline, who married CAD Beckman. The family maintains descendants in Moniteau Co. up to the present (although I'm on the West Coast, I do have correspondence and communicate frequently with the family.) I have several documents in my files that pertain to this family. By the way, the town is actually Bergholzhausen according to the IGI and the current map of Germany.
