    3. Hi Diane, Yes, the offer still stands! And, I also have the 1880 census CD's as well. The 1900 census on genealogy.com is indexed by head of household only. I found nothing in either MN or WI for William Hand, William S. Hand, or W.S. Hand. Did he have any children? It is possible that he was living with a child's family at the time. If you could provide me with their names, I can see if they have him in their household in 1900.
