He was my gr-gr-grandfather. One of his sons was John Willis and his son was Roy Lee (my grandfather). Thank you so much for sharing your info with all of us. I have been stumped on the Thompsons for months until yesterday when I found out who John Willis' parents were as listed on his death certificate. Do you have any vitals on these gentlemen or their wives? Also have you found any more on John Reed as being John Riley's father? Is there any proof on the Cherokee indian adoption of John Riley??
