James Jefferson is the son of James samuel & Nancy Worthy J.J. was born in 1865 in Tipton. He's got a brother William Ballard that was supposedly born in Illinois (1870) but I haven't found any of them. They or at least J.J. ended up in Okla., possibly so did William. There's a slim chance that they had 2 younger sister's, but that's only word of mouth. Haven't found them in any census anywhere yet.
