Oh dear, now I AM confused. I'm having trouble reconciling this with the obituary of Jennie Wyrick which says the daughter of Henry Wyrick married D.M. Wyrick. 1880 Census has Henry Wyrick living in the household of Flavious and Virginia Curry. So that would support Flavy's wife's lineage. Marriage records show Virginia Wyrick m. Flavy Curry Mar 1878. Flavy Curry m. Mary Ann Piles 23 Apr 1907, so he and Virginia were split by then. Marriage records show a Virginia Curry m. Daniel M. Wyrick 13 Dec 1888. The Virginia Curry you list below is Flavy Curry's half sister. I see this is going to require some more digging. Another piece of the puzzle: MO death certificate for Mrs. Virginia Martin b. 20 May 1864, d. 11 Aug 1923 lists spouse as J. H. Martin and father as M. G. Curry of WV Karen Genealogists never die, they just lose their census! ----- Original Message ----- From: "Nancy Thompson" <[email protected]> To: <[email protected]> Sent: Saturday, November 08, 2008 12:41 PM Subject: Re: [MOMILLER] Curry/Piles - obituary > Oh dear, now I AM confused.
