    1. [MOMILLER] Hopkins/Kinder - obituary
    2. Nancy Thompson
    3. Unknown Publication, September 1934 A gloom of sorrow was cast over this community Tuesday night about nine-thirty o'clock when the sad news reached here that Mrs. Ray (Eva) Kinder had just past away in the Lebanon hospital where she was taken last Friday for emergency treatment. Shortly after she took seriously ill, she developed double pneumonia. Local physicians did all in their power to alleviate the trouble, and when their untiring efforts proved futile she was taken to the hospital with the hope that something might yet be done. The body was brought back to Iberia Tuesday night and prepared for burial by local funeral directors, Adams & Casey. According to present arrangements, funeral services conducted by her pastor, Rev. Jewell Smoot, will be held from the Methodist church this afternoon (Thursday) at 2 o'clock, after which interment will be made in the town cemetery. The deceased is survived by her husband, a son and daughter, Lowell and Genevive; an aged father, J.L. Hopkins; one brother, Marion Hopkins, and two sisters, Mrs. Spurgeon Groff and Miss Ruby Hopkins. A complete obituary will appear next week.
