You saying Joshua Willis lived on the Maries/Miller county line tells me that it is my John Miller he was executor for. The other John C. Miller lived down in Spring Creek Twp, along the Phelps/Maries county line. Again, thank you for the info. I'm still not sure why he was executor. Do you know when Joshua was born? Perhaps he might be a grandson - my John Miller has many children unaccounted for and Joshua, if young enough, might be the son of one of his daughters. John had quite a few sons and I wonder why one of them wasn't administrator?? So many questions, so few answers. Thank you again, it is another lead I shall pursue.
