Obit., mid-Missouri newspaper - 1974: " Services for Mrs. Bertha Margaret Limbach, 67, Eugene, were held Wednesday at Our lady of Snows Catholic Church, Mary's Home. Mrs. Limbach died Sunday, May 12, 1974, at Charles E. Still Hospital, Jefferson City. She was born Jan. 25, 1907, at Loose Creek, the daughter of Chester and Maggie Fisher Vaughn. John and Helen Jones Gratz raised her from the time she was two years old. She was married April 15, 1924, at Russellville to Adolph Limbach, who survives. Mrs. Limbach was a member of Our Lady of the Snows Church. In addition to her husband, Mrs. Limbach is survived by five sons, Warren Limbach, Eugene; Norman Limbach and Adolph Limbach, Jr., both of Raytown; Raymond Limbach and Clarence Limbach, both of Kansas City; two daughters, Mrs. Gladys Redder, Linn; and Alice Limbach, Eugene; two sisters, Mrs. Mary Yeoham and Mrs. Zelphia Littlepage, both of Kansas City; and 15 grandchildren and one great-grandchild. The Rev. Henry Reichert officiated at the services. Burial was in the parish cemetery with grandsons as pallbearers. Phillips Funeral Home, Eldon was in charge of services."
