Parents- Peter Joseph Whittle 1836-1910 and Sarilda Ann Hoskins 1836-1917. He was George C. Whittle, buried at Rankin-Wright Cemetery. Neither his tombstone nor the tombstone for his wife Sarah Jane has dates. I would like to know who his wife's parents were. -----Original Message----- From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Paddy Buckley Sent: Wednesday, September 17, 2008 4:07 AM To: [email protected] Subject: Re: [MOMILLER] George Whittle - obituary Who were his parents please? This death date for Sarah conflicts with information in George's obituary which states his wife survives him. There is a death certificate for Sarilda Whittle, George's mother, showing she died in 1917. Perhaps the researcher got the two confused?? Nancy, I got to checking again and either the LDS or Gencircles.com said that his second wife was Rene Suns. There was no other information on her. So, maybe she was the wife that survived him.
