This child's death certificate lists his name as William Bryant Hamilton. Unknown Publication, June 1922 The Death Angel visited the home of Mr. and Mrs. J. Fielding Hamilton Monday, June 19, 1922, taking away their little baby, William Brice, age 11 months, and 27 days. Little Brice was sick 20 days before God took him to that beautiful home in heaven. He leaves father, mother, two brothers and one sister, grandparents and many other near relatives and friends to mourn his loss. But we know that our loss is his eternal gain. For the Lord giveth and he taketh away. We know he is sweetly resting in the arms of our blessed Savior and he shall suffer no more. Their darling baby was with them only a short time. He was budded on earth to bloom in heaven. All the power of many friends, father, mother and two physicians was done but God called him home. We know that little Brice cannot come back, but thank God we can meet him if we only put our trust in God. With sorrow we can miss his little blue eyes and sweet smiles in the home of Mr. and Mrs. Hamilton. He was laid to rest in the Capps Cemetery on the following day.
