Unknown Publication, November 1971 A former Miller County resident and Eldon graduate, Miss Mary Kathleen Ahart, 34, of West Hollywood, Calif., died Thursday, Nov. 1, 1971, at her home. Miss Ahart was born Aug 19, 1937 in Miller County near St. Elizabeth, the daughter of Ralph and Maude (Boyd) Ahart. She had been a model and done some TV commercials and also some clerical work. Miss Ahart graduated from Eldon High School in 1955. She was a member of St. Margaret's Catholic Church in Kansas City. She had lived the past 8 to 10 years in West Hollywood. Surviving are her mother, Mrs. Maude Simpson of Kansas City, Kan.; her father, Ralph Ahart of Camdenton; one brother, Harold Ahart of Kansas City; one sister, Mrs. Marjorie Siegel of Kansas City; maternal grandmother, Mrs. Cecil Boyd of Rte. 3, Dixon; and one half-brother, Ralph P. Ahart, Jr., of Camdenton. Funeral services were held Tuesday at 10 a.m. at the Stevinson Chapel in Iberia with the Rev. Wilford David and the Rev. Joseph O'Rourke officiating. Interment was in the Lawson Cemetery near Iberia. Pallbearers were Fred, Ray and Earl Ahart and Belva, Ellis and Eliza Boyd.
