Unknown Publication, August 1970 Henry Milton Jarrett, 69, of Iberia, died Friday, August 14, 1970, at St. Mary's Hospital in Jefferson City. Mr. Jarrett was born June 24, 1901 near Iberia, the son of J.W. and Elizabeth (Rothamel) Jarrett. He was married on Aug. 31, 1927, in Tuscumbia to Flossie Mae Adams, who preceded him in death on Sept. 30, 1969. Mr. Jarrett lived in Marshall from 1948 to 1961, and the rest of his life in the Iberia area where he farmed. He was a member of the Hickory Point Baptist Church near Iberia. Survivors include one son, Ellis W. Jarrett, Iberia; one brother, Will Jarrett of Iberia; two sisters, Mrs. Alice Barr of Iberia and Mrs. Emma Sloan of Iberia; and on grandson and one great-granddaughter, both of Iberia. Funeral services were held Sunday at 2 p.m. at the Hickory Point Baptist Church near Iberia, with the Rev. Clinton Roberson officiating. Interment was in the Hickory Point Cemetery under the direction of the Stevinson Funeral Home of Iberia. Pallbearers were: Tennyson Jarrett, John Calvin Jarrett, Gilford Barr, Donald Jarrett, Glen Shreve and Frankie Blankenship.
