Unknown Publication, June 1970 Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. today (Thursday) at Stevinson Chapel in Iberia for a former Iberia resident, Mrs. Mary Thelma Crismon. Mrs. Crismon, 52, died Sunday, June 7, 1970 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She had lived in the Tulsa area the last 30 years. She was born June 2, 1918 at Iberia, the daughter of Nathan and Katie (Maylee) Palmer. In 1936 she was married at Tuscumbia to Morris L. Crismon who survives. Also surviving are three daughters, Miss Virginia I. Crismon, Miss Sharon J. Crismon, and Mrs. Karen D. Massey, all of Tulsa; her mother, Mrs. Katie Palmer, Rte 3, Dixon; one brother, Alvis Palmer of Tulsa; and three sisters, Mrs. Marie Van Kirk of Muskogee, Okla., and Mrs. Irene Skaggs and Mrs. Elizabeth Colvin of Iberia. The Rev. Ray McClary officiated at the funeral services. Burial was in the Lawson Cemetery near Iberia.
