Unknown Publication, June 1971 Funeral services were held at ? p.m. Sunday at the Stevinson Chapel in Iberia for Isaac (Ike) N. Renfrow, 84, Rte. 1, Meta. Mr. Renfrow died Tuesday, June 1, 1971, at his home. He was born Dec. 23, 1886 in Maries County near Brinktown, the son of William David and Ellen (Moss) Renfrow. He was married in 1910 to Dora Palmer who preceded him in death in 1927. Mr. Renfrow lived all of his life in the Maries County area between Vienna and Iberia. He taught school at Wheeler and Taft schools in Maries County and also farmed. Others preceding him in death were one daughter, Jean, in 1929 and two brothers, George and John Renfrow. Survivors include one son, William H. Renfrow of St. Louis; three daughters, Mrs. Helen Fitzpatrick of St. Ann, Mrs. Dorothy Manning of Kirkwood and Mrs. Lois Small of Wright City; six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. The Rev. Ray McClary officiated at the services. Interment was in the Lawson Cemetery in Maries County. Pallbearers were: Loren Humphrey, Vasca Humphrey, Earl Renfrow, Ray Moss, Wayne Vaughn and Jimmy Stricklan.
