    3. Unknown Publication, May 1968 Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Mt. Union Church of Christ near Brumley for Mrs. Lorene P. Plemmons of Brumley. Mrs. Plemmons, 28, died last Thursday, May 9, 1968, at the Passavant Memorial Hospital, Chicago, Ill., where she had been a patient for several months. She was born in Pulaski County near Crocker Oct. 3, 1939. On June 2, 1955 she was married at Tuscumbia to Leslie Plemmons who survives. Mrs. Plemmons is also survived by one son, Mickey Plemmons, and one daughter, Sherry Plemmons, of Brumley; her father, Victor Moshier, Crocker; her mother, Mrs. Pearl Davis, Crocker; two half-sisters, Helen Heck of St. Louis and Gertrude Wall of Bonner Springs, Kan.; three half-brothers, Aften Ambrose of Waynesville, Carl Ambrose of Wausau, Wis., and Harl Ambrose of Warden, Wash.; and her paternal grandmother, Mrs. Myrtle Helms, Crocker. She was preceded in death by twin daughters, JoAnn and Joyce. Mrs. Plemmons had been a member of the Mt. Union Church of Christ since 1961. Bro. Farris Wall officiated at the services Sunday. Burial was in Mt. Union Cemetery under the direction of the Stevinson Funeral Home of Iberia. Pallbearers were Roger, Randy and Ronnie King, Jerry Wright, Gary Fancher and Danny Plemmons.
