    3. The Iberia Sentinel, April 1935 Adolph Streumph, formerly of Miller County, died at his home in Granite City, Ill., Thursday, April 11, at the age of 32 years. He had been in ill health for some time and a slight mental derangement is thought to have brought about his untimely death. Mr. Streumph was married to Miss Grace Humphrey of near Iberia October 5, 1929, shortly after she graduated from Iberia Academy. There were no children born to this union. They have made their home in Granite City practically ever since their marriage, where Mr. Streumph had employment in the Steel Mills. Mrs. Streumph is a daughter of Mr. and MRs. Anvil Humphrey of near Iberia and Mr. Streumph was a son of Mr. and Mrs. John Streumph of St. Elizabeth, well known German people of the county. C.L. Casey of the Adams & Casey undertaking service of this place went to Granite City last Friday and brought the body of Mr. Streumph back to the home of his parents at St. Elizabeth, where funeral services were held in the Catholic Church Sunday afternoon at 3 o'clock. Burial was in the cemetery at that place. A host of friends and relatives from St. Louis, Granite City, Folk, Westphalia, Vienna, Iberia and other nearby points were in attendance at these services.
