The "sister of Oscar McCubbin" may be an error. That was what kept throwing me off. The obit and the second death certificate (don't know how I overlooked that) says he was buried in Hawkins Cemetery. The person buried with him there is Ina Schooley, daughter of Obed Schooley and Martha Ann Henry. The informant on Ina's death certificate is Mrs. Oscar McCubbins of Brumley. James Oscar McCubbin was married to Eliza May Schooley 20 Nov 1902 and he and his wife are also buried at Hawkins Cemetery. So I'm going to surmise that McClasky's wife was the sister-in-law rather than the sister of Oscar McCubbins. It helps to have a fresh look in the a.m. Thanks for your clue. Hope this helps. Jan In a message dated 12/6/2008 8:13:32 P.M.
