She was the daughter--in-law of Mrs. Birdie Moles. Before her marriage to Milo Moles, she was Miss Elsie McClain, born in Miller county near Brumley, the daughter of Alex and Ella McClain, both of whom preceded her in death. Besides her husband, Milo Miles of Kansas City, she is survived by her daughter, Ruby A. Shipman and grandson, Roger Lee Shipman of Kansas City, Mo. She also leaves five sisters and four brothers; Mrs. Mary Coburn, Santiago, California, William C. McClain, Brumley, Mo., Charles C. McClain, Tulsa, Okla., L. T. McClain, Shirley, Arkansas James McClain, Enid, Okla., Alice Akes, Poplar Bliuff, Mo., Eunice Goodhue, Kansas City, Mo., Bernice Griffith, Joliet, Illinois, and Ruby Hendricks, Eldon, Mo. Also many other relatives and a host of friends. The body was brought to Eldon Monday night and lay in state at the Phillips Funeral Home until 2 o'clock Thursday when funeral services were held at the Eldon Christian Church. Rev. W. L. Alexander conducting the services. Burial was in the Eldon Cemetery. Mrs. Moles was a member of the Christian Church at Eldon. She lived a true Christian life and was a devoted wife and mother.
