I am the aforementioned James Willis and have been trying to get my email address corrected for a good while. Apparently, they haven't had a site coordinator for a while. My current email address is mountainfolk@charter.net I don't know of any relation between Joshua and Mr. Miller. Joshua was definitely not a son-in-law. His wife's maiden name was McIntosh and they came from Greenup County, Ky. When they came to MO around 1858, they settled on the Maries and Miller County line with property in both counties. For those of you who are descendents of the Phillips and Willis line, please send me a direct email at the above address. I would like to compare notes.
