The marriage record that I found on here was from Tuscumbia, Miller, Mo. A Rebecca Hughes married a James A Shelton. I can't read it very well, I was hoping to find out her Father's name, what I have attched to my tree was a guess. I have nothing on Shelton. My family knew that my grandfather's dad was named Shelton and that is it. He was raised by a man named Jobe. Because Rebecca kept things a secret now I am not even sure he died.
