Let me know if there are any picture of cemetery you need and I'll try to find them. I've only lived in TN for about six months so still learning where places are. I was born and raised in Miller County, Mo leaving home for college that was about 14 yrs ago, but didn't leave Missouri until this past summer. He married Elizabeth Lawson (born 1813) in McMinn Co., TN on Oct. 1, 1838. Elizabeth was supposedly a daughter of David Lawson also of East Tenn. Elizabeth had a daughter previously named Polly born 1836 in TN. Polly married William Walker Nov. 3, 1851 in Miller Co., MO. they had children: John R., Sarah E., and Eliza J. Walker. Polly then might have married a Peter Coy, but can't find them. John and Elizabeth Wiginton had one daughter together named Sarah S. Wiginton born 1848. Nothing further is known about her. Elizabeth died shortly after 1850. John Wiginton got a land grant in 1859 in Equality township, probably to help his daughters after he was gone as he was in his 70's by then. John Wiginton performed as a Minister of the Gospel at this time also. If anyone can help me find out what happened to the children and grandchildren I would appreciate any info. Also if anyone ha! s any more info as John Wiginton as a preacher I would love to have that info as well. John must have died shortly after 1860 census and I would like to find out what happened to the land he was granted in 1859.
