Obituary: Jefferson City Post Tribune, March 2, 2002 William Allen Flaugher, 64, Iberia, died March 1, 2002, at Miller County Care Center. He was born Sept. 11, 1937, in St. Louis, a son of Guy and Helen Spearman Flaugher. His mother, Helen Livingston, survives in Iberia. He was a member of Hickory Point Baptist Church near Iberia. Survivors include: one brother, Frank Flaugher, Iberia; one sister, Shirley Powell, Iberia; two half sisters, Donna Welch, Dubuque, Iowa, and Elizabeth Cook, Longwood, Fla.; one stepsister, Janice Lawson, Iberia. His stepfather, Herbert Livingston, preceded him in death. A private memorial service will be held at a later date. The body will be cremated. Arrangements are under the direction of Rekus Funeral Home in Iberia.
