Obituary: Jefferson City Post Tribune, Friday, March 1, 2002 Rosalie Long, 71, Iberia, died Feb. 28, 2002, at Miller County Care Center, Tuscumbia. She was born Dec. 12, 1930, in Iberia, a daughter of Luther W. and Jessie Venice Cochran Duncan. Her mother survives in Iberia. She was married Dec. 4, 1946, in Crocker, to Farris Arthur Long, who survives. She was a homemaker and a member of Mt. Union Church of Christ, Brumley. Survivors include: three daughters, Connie Jones, Debbie Long and Theresa Long, all of Iberia; two sisters, Betty Gilliam and Marjorie Nelson, both of Iberia; three grandsons and two great-grandsons. Services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Rekus Funeral Home, Iberia. The Rev. Lee Todd will officiate. Burial will be in Mt. Union Cemetery near Brumley. Visitation will be from noon-2 p.m. Sunday.
