    3. I have this info in my files...from a 2001 posting to Miller Co., MO.. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- John M. and Rebecca N. Brown Buster Author: Glenda Date: 10 Jun 2001 11:35 PM GMT In Reply to: Rebecca Brown m. John M. Buster, 1867 by: cheryl Post Reply | Mark Unread | Report Abuse Print Message Several years ago I found a book at the Independence Mo Gene. Library, which had my Busters (from Miller Co.) in it. They show that John M. Buster, son of John Tate Buster and Mary Bryant of Pulaski Co., KY. They also have Rebecca N. Brown "native of (Richwood Twp) Miller Co, MO, and the daughter of James and Paulina (Sullivan)Brown, natives of KY." They state that they were parents of 5 children: Samantha, James, Charles, Ida and Chandler. John was a prominent stock-raiser and tiller of the soil in Saline Twp. and was born in Pulaski Co., KY (4th in a family of 7). He was a member of the school board and he was a Republican and active in politics. Was also a member of the Agricultural Wheel. He prospected for mineral and found he was located on the lead belt. Sounds like he was prosperous. He was my step-fathers great Uncle. If this sounds correct to you I would love to exchange info. Thanks for posting. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I have other info on Buster lines, relating to Sidebottom name, Sullivan's, Brockman..as do others on list...... I am sure others will supply more info...just let us all know...this is a great list!
