Death certificate for John Wesley Smith Jr. lists his birth date as 16 Oct. 1872 and his age at death as 47 yr. 2 mo. 6 da. Informant was Lon/Lou Smith. John Wesley Smith's marriage date is shown as 22 Sept 1865 and the rest of the dates don't fit, so obviously the information on the Death Cert. is incorrect...does happen.
