William Ralph Colvin, 71, dies; drove school bus William Ralph Colvin, 71 of Rte 1, Brumley, died Wednesday, Jan. 10, 1979, at Lake of the Ozarks General Hospital in Osage Beach. Mr. Colvin was born Sept 21, 1907, to Allen and Anna Maude Jeffries Colvin. Aug. 11, 1928, he was married at Linn Creek to Mabel Marie Wooley, who survives. Mr. Colvin spent all his life in Miller County, where he engaged in farming. For 34 years Mr. Colvin drove a bus for School of the Osage, retiring in 1973. In addition to his wife, he leaves a daughter, Mrs. Lois Dean Hulsey, Brumley; a brother, Orville Colvin, Platt City, and a sister, Mrs. Lily Richardson, of Brumley. Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Phillips Funeral Home in Eldon with Bill Rosen and Carroll Jeffries officiating. Burial was in the Colvin Family Cemetery.
