Jewel Wilson's obit lists a sister, Edna Humphrey. I'd say there is a good chance she is one and the same. I could use additional information on all of Jewel's siblings. Nancy T. Obituary: Jefferson City Post Tribune, Wednesday, August 24, 1983 Jewel H. Wilson, 59, Dixon, died today at the University of Missouri Medical Center, Columbia. He was born Aug. 19, 1924, in Miller County, the son of Leonard and Frankie Wilson. His mother survives at Iberia. On Oct. 31, 1942, he was married at Tuscumbia to Emogene Blankenship, who survives of the home. Mr. Wilson was a Navy veteran of World War II, a member of the V.F.W. Post, Iberia, and the Mt. Gilead Church, Iberia. Other survivors include: two sons, Ernie Wilson and Jim Wilson, both of Iberia; a daughter, Mrs. Judy Blankenship, Iberia; five brothers, Spurgeon Wilson, Junior Wilson, Bobby Wilson, and Kenneth Wilson, all of Iberia, and George Wilson, state of Michigan; three sisters, Mrs. Edna Humphrey, and Mrs. Margaret Cochran, both of Iberia, and Mrs. Ruby Mees, Phoenix, Ariz.; and six grandsons. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, at the Stevinson-Mossman Funeral Home Chapel, Iberia, with Brother Larry Neal officiating. Burial will be in the Pankey Cemetery, near Iberia. Military graveside rites will be conducted by the Fort Leonard Wood Mortuary Team. Visitation will be after 2 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
