Hauenstein has disposed of a part of his large farm located on the Osage River and Lick Creek, to Mrs. Pearlie McCasland, widow of James McCasland who was drowned near Bagnell last summer. that portion which was sold includes 140 acres lying on the creek, 20 acres of the tract being in cultivation.
