Obituary: Jefferson City Post Tribune, Thursday, February 21, 2002 Olen Roosevelt Robinett, 88, Eldon, died Feb. 19, 2002, at University of Missouri-Columbia Hospital and Clinics. He was born Sept. 28, 1913, in Brumley, a son of Samuel and Margaret White Robinett. He was married in 1961, in Waynesville, to Ina D. Hickey, who died Dec. 12, 1987. He was a construction worker and a member of Local 622. He was a member of the Henley Spring Valley Baptist Church. He is survived by nephews and nieces. Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Rekus Funeral Home in Eldon. Bro. Cellis Crum will officiate. Private entombment will be in Hawthorn Memorial Gardens in Jefferson City. Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. Friday. Memorials are suggested to Henley Cemetery, c/o Spring Valley Baptist Church.
