    3. Vienna Home Advisor Thursday 25 October 1923 BAX-SIMONS One of the prettiest weddings of the season occorred (sic) in St. Lawrence Church Wednesday morning, October 17th, when Miss Henrietta Bax, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. F.H.Bax, became the wife of Edwin Simons of St. Louis. The ceremony, conducted by Rev. F. Bruch, was followed by a nuptial High Mass. Misses Mathilda and Alma, sisters of the bride and Al Bax, a brother, and Ben J. Luetkemeyer were the official witnesses. Misses Rose, Jennie, and little Mary, also sister of the bride, functioned as flower girls. A reception followed at the home of the bride's parents at which many relatives and friends were present. The St. Lawrence Church choir and the St. Elizabeth Orchestra added to the festivity. A splendid dinner and supper were served. Everybody present enjoyed a royal good time. The young couple departed for St. Louis where they will reside. ____________________________________________________________________________________ 8:00? 8:25? 8:40?
