    3. Jim At 1910 census for Tavern, Pulaski Co MO; Edward Walls, head, 25 married 3 years, b Mo Mo Mo, sawmiller; wife Cora P 19, 2 kids 1 alive, b Mo Mo Mo; dau Ellen M 3 months. I wonder if he was enumerated at 1900 census at Tavern, Pulaski Co Mo as Edgar Walls 16 single b 1883 (month n k?) b Mo Mo Mo, listed as partner to Shep L Bowin 29, farmer and wife Rosetta Bowin. Perhaps he was born as Walls and changed later on to Wall. 3. My Grandmother (she was a wall) born 1906 in OK or IT told me they changed their names all the time because they wanted to... didn't like the name or the spelling of it and no one thought it was a big deal.... if someone used the wrong spelling they didn't have a stroke.... so I guess if some one miss guessed and said that is the Walls place there... and they called them Walls... they probably just went with it... 3. The death certificate of my g-grandfather, Henry David Wall, lists his last name as Walls. As far as I know, no one in our branch of the tree ever spelled or pronounced it with an "s" on the end.
