    1. [MOMILLER] Henry W. Francis - death notice
    2. Nancy & Jerry Thompson
    3. News Article: The Miller County Autogram, Thursday, February 16, 1922 The body of Henry W. Francis, an aged veteran of the Civil War, was found near Aurora Springs about 9 o'clock Thursday evening by neighbors who had been to prayer meeting. He had been to Eldon that evening to do some trading and had a basket of groceries. His watch and some money was found in his pockets, and no marks were found on his body to indicate foul play. Pros. Atty. Donnelly, Sheriff Kinder and F.L. Thompson went up to make an investigation and they make a report that his death came about by natural causes. The body was yet warm when they arrived at the scene and he was lying on his back with his feet on the road track and his head in the ditch. Dr. G.D. Walker had been treating Mr. Francis for some time for leakage3 of the heart and this is probably the cause of his death. He was about 75 years of age, married and has two sons and one daughter surviving. He recently held a sale of his personal property in contemplation of moving to the state of California. For years he traveled over the county buying produce for an Eldon concern and will be remembered by a great many farmers.
